How long do I have to be a member for?
Membership is valid for 12 months, your membership will renew automatically each year, unless cancelled.
I’m a current Roadsta, what happens to me and my subscription?
All current users with a subscription will automatically be rolled over to become a member of our new Roadsta membership and will be given twelve months free membership.
All current subscriptions will expire on 13st of December 2022.
How do I know if I’m included in the major and ad hoc competitions?
If you’re a Roadsta, you’re automatically included in the running. As well as any other promo or sales..
My doggo didn’t receive a birthday gift
Please ensure your pet’s birthday is saved within your account and if we have accidentally missed it, please let us know and we will be happy to rectify the oversight.
Why are you moving away from subscriptions ?
We found customers and pooches wanted more flexibility in the products that they got with each order and found it too hard to change the subscription or update it. Or customers ended up with way too much product in their freezers.
We have decided to move to the new Roadsta program give customers more flexibility in the products they order while also offering discount.
